I’m so sorry to hear this. Kim and I were diagnosed with lung cancer at about the same time, and she was one of the first LC survivors I met face to face. Hers was one of the first LC blogs I found. Journey on, KimmyWink.
Rest in power, Kim. You’ve inspired me so much in your journey over the years. May your loved ones find comfort in their wonderful memories of you.
So so sorry Spencer…sending our love
It is so sad that this world had to lose such a beautiful, extremely intelligent, And dynamic woman,She will be missed and never forgotten. I love you Kimmiwink, I will always enjoy the times we had together!
Kim was vibrant, independent, and so dang deep, thoughtful and real. My memory of her sharing the concept for the pizza death dinner party at a speaking event lives inside me, never to go away. Thank you for always speaking, writing and loving your truth. May her husband and family and friends find comfort and joy in sending her off to a peaceful next place. Much love to everyone in her life, and to everyone living with lung cancer.
The world has lost a beautiful, shining star. We are all better for having her in our lives.
I’m heartbroken. She was one of the first survivors I “met.”. Her insight and sense of humor in the face of so much adversity amazed me. Rest well, sweet KmmyWink.
So sad to hear this news. Kim was absolutely one of a kind, with an amazing blend of ferocious strength, humor and compassion, which in turn boosted the strength, humor, and compassion in those around her. To say she was a shining light in the cancer support group seems a feeble understatement at best. A true inspiration beyond words. Thank you, Kim. You will be missed.
And deepest, heartfelt sympathies, Spencer. I know there are no words right now… but sending caring thoughts from my heart.
I’m so sorry for you loss, Spencer. May she Rest In Peace. I will miss her dearly. It was an honor to have known her. 💔
The world lost a remarkable person. I will cherish the memories we shared, and the person she helped me become ❤. I am so sorry for your loss.
Rest peacefully dear Kim. No more pain, no more trials, no more tests, just freedom. Climb, explore and rejoice! Love, Mark H.

She’s beautiful. Rest in peace angel ❤
Rest in peace, Kim. I will never forget your joyous laughter.
Oh Kimmy Wink. I know we haven’t talked in a very long time, but I will always have such wonderful memories of you and our time at Mt.
Hood playing volleyball. Rest in peace, my friend.
Just read this. My sincerest condolences ❤️
