What to do – What to do?

It’s true.  I’m getting tired from WBR.  I don’t feel a huge dip is quality of life though. Why?  Because I am choosing to do the fun things and skipping the un-fun.

Happy SaladI’m not cleaning the house.  I am chopping and dicing fresh veggies for fantastic green salads.

I’m not going on hour-long walks.  I am blasting my favorite tunes and dancing for a song or two.

I’m not driving myself to a day of appointments.  I’m asking a friend to shuttle me around and I treat for lunch.

Life is a little funky right now.  But, I’m making the best of it and it’s actually kind of fun.

This makes fantastic sense, Kim. It’s really inspiring and heartening to hear how you find joy and make rational decisions about the most precious resources of time and energy. Love you, lady!

You are a model for the rest of us! Now why am scrubbing my floors, which I need to do in 5 minute increments so that my breathe can recover for 15 minutes and then I go back and maybe get the bathroom floor done in one day. Crazy. Your plan sounds much better! Xoxo

Fantastic salad … and attitude! Making the best of it in deed! Keep your positive outlook and good vibrations going. I will drag my butt to work tomorrow, but I may not clean my cubicle or do my timesheet … did I mention that you are a good influence ??? Have a great weekend!
    Love, Mark H.

Sounds like you are in control and taking advantage of “good” things. Have a great Friday. Love

Exerting some control is so nice every now and then. (Especially so when your hair is shedding in a totally-out-fof-control manner!)

      Happy Weekend Diane!

Thanks again for sharing skipping the un-fun, love it!

  6. “Making the best of it…” great attitude. And scallops? Take it easy and enjoy the in-laws. xox

Glad you are wrapping up your treatment today, and mixing in a bit of fun, even! You can pass the WBR baton off to me – today was my number two of fifteen. Thank you for sharing your experiences with all this crummy business. I was certainly less freaked out knowing the bleachy smell was “normal.” Hope you’ll be skipping the un-fun through the weekend and beyond!

Two down, thirteen to go – you can do it! Are you going to keep your mask afterwards?
My ears are rather crispy. I’m using lots of Calendula cream on them. It helps.
      Do keep me posted Bitty!

will be thinking about you this weekend – hope you have a good weekend 🙂

The salad looks scrumptious! Seems to me that your talents are best spent in the kitchen, not cleaning the house. I hope you’re enjoying the sun!

I could not agree more! I’m happy to share recipes…I’d share food but with my hair falling out all over the place, it’s best not to share right now. I really need to shave my noggin. Sigh…
