The backyard project is almost done! With the plants all in, except the moss between the pavers and the veggies that are up to me to plant, it is very enjoyable now. I’m certain it will only get better as items are crossed off the punch list. (Like the fire pit that is in the constant state of getting delivered in two days.)
This is the view I got to take in while having my morning coffee today.
The birds are happy, the cats are happy, and I’m happy; life is good.
Wow! What a transformation! It looks wonderful. Congratulations. 🙂
Thanks Ms Alison! I’m loving it- even more so since we seem to be having incredible weather lately.
Looks beautiful!
Thanks Carrie! I’m just thrilled about it, can you tell? 🙂
“life is good” … can there be a better way to start a day!
You’re exactly right Patrick.
I need to get involved in those letters you are talking about on your blog. You’ll hear from me soon on that subject.
Totally awesome! I am so inspired to get motivated and chunk out our old cracked patio. Your backyard really turned out great, and is a perfect oasis for you and SW.
BTW, we ended up booking our snorkel adventure with SeaQuest for this upcoming Monday, per your recommendation. We decided to go for the longer trip – 5 hours to 3 spots. We can’t wait to finally get to Kona on Friday to start our adventure.
Thanks for posting the ‘finished’ photo.
You’re family is going to love the snorkel trip. Do share photo’s when you get home.
Breaking up the existing pad might be kinda fun! “Twanda- whack!”
I did learn through all of this I have horrible aim with a hammer…you might not want my help.
That looks great!!
Thank you Kristi. Yard party in about 6 months… You + yours are invited!
Wow looks so different now what
I know, huh? I need another hobby fast.
I tried to sew some pillow cases but my sewing machine crapped out…
I picked up a “how to make felted animals” kit from the craft store. It’s fun but not all that time consuming. Hum…. Cline is offering a stained glass making class in January- that is a must!
