Feels like days have passed since yesterday. Could have something to do with the restful sleep I got last night. (Woo-hoo for that!)
My blood bounced back up! No change to the Crizotinib dosage. I am very very very happy.
The backyard project is also well on its way. I hosted a coordination meeting between all the players yesterday afternoon. Attendees included: steel fabricator, concrete specialist, carpenter, landscaper, and landscape designer. The design was tweaked and scope of work clearly defined for each contractor. And, you guessed it, the project cost went up a bit. So it goes.
After a several week hiatus, I started the day by listening to Belleruth Naparstek. My awesome friend Marcy provided me with a cd of her cancer related guided imagery and affirmations. Her voice is incredibly soothing. One of my favorite statements on the affirmations segment is, “Thank you cancer for teaching me to stop and listen, thank you for reminding me of what is truly important, you can go now.” While listening I’ll add a little encouragement to Mr. Thymus. I’ll use my first two fingers on both hands to tap my chest, directly above my thymus gland. I’m giving him a subtle wake up call. Come on my friend, time to get to work! Kill that nasty cancer- that is if any is left.
It is going to be a great day!
all i can think of to say is “YAY!!!” and also yes, HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Aw, shucks!
It is going to be even a better day because you made so. Continue to tell cancer to move aside, you got things to do!
Will do!
So glad your blood work looks better! I love the Belleruth Naparstek CD as well. It is so relaxing and inspiring to listen to. Keep it up!
Thanks Sharon. Anything to help us relax in our situations is a good thing!
