I am always interested in collecting more information on Lung Cancer, specifically Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC). As I’ve said before, I really like the information provided on Cancer Grace.
Here is a 10 minute video that I found very informative. It provides some stats on who gets what kind of Non Small Cell Lung Cancer. Keep in mind I am a lung cancer geek- things I like you may not.
Some reminders about MY cancer:
- I have Non Small Cell Lung Cancer, type: Adenocarcinoma.
- My mutation of Adenocarcinoma is ALK+.
- I take a targeted therapy called Crizotinib.
Very interesting Webinar, especially the information on Asian lung cancer sufferers. Grace is a great site, The doctors are so prompt in answering questions. Other than that site and a few cancer blogs, I have learned not to delve too deeply into the internet regarding lung cancer. Scared the hell out of me initialy.
I too limit my internet reading about lung cancer. I really like the life and breath blog if you’ve not looked at that one yet.
